Saw a lovely dress online and ordered it. The dress came really quickly, the sizing and quality were good. Very pleased and will definitely be using Yuma again.

After one month I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. First there was an apparent strike of couriers in the place where I live, then the parcel was stuck at the custom and I had to pay a huge fee. The sending fee was on my charge not even considering the fact that it was a big order: 9 dresses. I contacted the customer service but they don't provide me a delivery date. Summing up: I spent a lot and didn't even received the parcel. It is not the first time that I buy on this site but it might be the last one.

The dress I ordered is true to size and lovely. The delivery and service were quick and easy. I have dropped a star as, the only issue I have is the colour is completely different to pictures on the website.

I ordered two items and one of them was very badly made. I returned it and I received a refund for less than I paid, even though the item was faulty. I have tried to contact customer service but they have not responded. I won't bother ordering from Yumi again.
